Elegant touches make the new BMW iX unlike any other vehicle. Embracing a futuristic and streamlined shape, it combines minimal flat surfaces with expressive elements, such as the slender twin headlights and rear lights to reveal pure confidence.

PERFORMANCE With its dual BMW electric motors, fifth-generation eDrive technology and the latest electric all-wheel drive system, the new BMW iX takes adventures beyond expectations. Offering a superb range of over 600 km, it also delivers sports-car levels of acceleration – with over 500hp, it effortlessly powers from 0 to 100 km/h in less than five seconds.*

TECHNOLOGY The BMW iX is the modern driving experience we’ve all been waiting for. Boasting BMW’s latest Shy Tech controls – first revealed on the original concept car – drivers can now enjoy a minimal and almost-hidden world of intelligent functionality. Found both inside and outside the vehicle, new features include the new frameless BMW head-up display projector, which is now almost invisible, to the front BMW roundel that doubles as a lid for the windscreen washer fluid.

EXTERIOR Turn up the style volume of the BMW iX with the optional Sport model. The scintillating BMW Aventurin Red Individual Paint finish contrasts against the Black high-gloss on the rear apron, which is coupled with a Titanium Bronze exterior trim. What’s more, athletic details such as the enlarged triangular elements found on the front design ramps up the confidence levels.

INTERIOR Sitting in the new BMW iX feels like the future. A sophisticated and relaxed ambience is peppered with high-tech and luxurious comforts that simply redefine the joy of the journey. Re-engineered seats, including new lounge seats in the rear, feature a beautifully crafted asymmetrical diagonal design with additional contrasting seams. Other stylish elements include the transparent and intelligent centre console, which replaces buttons with sensors and features a iDrive Touch Controller in a high-quality glass optic.

Smartphone Integration Thanks to Apple CarPlay® Preparation you now can connect your smartphone to your BMW wirelessly. Enjoy access to your content through the Central Information Display, the instrument cluster and the optional Head-up Display.

INTERIOR DESIGN HIGHLIGHTS OF THE BMW iX

Minimalist interior design.

The interior design is modern and pared down to the essentials - a focus which can be noted in the displays and controls. As the central control element, the glassy iDrive Controller on the centre console is framed by an elegant control panel made of FSC- certified wood.

Lounge seats in the rear.

Thanks to the absence of the central tunnel, the BMW IX offers a spacious lounge atmosphere for the rear passengers. Additional options for the rear seats include heating and 3D loudspeakers integrated into the headrests. The rear seat backrest splits in a 40:20:40 ratio to extend the capacity of the luggage compartment.

Panorama glass roof.

The full-length, "Sky Lounge" panoramic glass roof creates a generous sense of space and a relaxed lounge atmosphere within the cabin. It can be electrochromatically shaded for more privacy and, since there is no need for an interior headliner, it offers passengers even more headroom with a modern feel.

BMW Curved Display.

The BMW Curved Display, installed for the first time in a production vehicle, serves as the central display and control element for the fully digital stage of the BMW iX. The 12.3" information display merges with the 14.9" Control Display to form a single unit and creates the impression of a free-floating picture frame on the instrument panel.

03.M Performance Performance goes up a notch with the first BMW M550i xDrive Saloon. Boasting the signature ‘N63’ M TwinPower Turbo eight-cylinder petrol engine, it goes from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds. It also has Adaptive M suspension, M Sport differential, exclusive 20” style 668 M alloy wheels with red M Sport brakes, which stands out beautifully against the cerium grey detailing. Add the Harman/Kardon surround sound system, and what else could you want?
